I got my act together and managed to move my blog over. I've got a pretty new design and a great new home. It might take me a week or two of playing around to get it just right, so if things look weird or don't line up, I'm probably working on it.
In other news, Saturday was a great day! Despite the heat, I managed to do about 10 miles of walking. At first my goal was to hit 200% of my daily step goal (so 20,000 steps), but when I saw that I'd hit 9.75 miles, I had to push it over the edge. I am in the process of training for a big hike next summer, so really putting in the effort to walk longer distances (even if some of it is for the purpose of shopping) is really important.
Sunday was a little more low-key, but it put me in a great mood to get going for the week. Here are my goals:
1. Yoga or pilates at least twice
2. Run at least 2x
3. Hit my 10,000 steps goal 5 days
4. Do my 100 push-ups challenge all three days
5. Check out the new juice place by work
