Monday: Rest, rest and more rest.
Tuesday: This was supposed to be a running day, but I had to have some medical tests done and I wasn't allowed to eat or drink anything until after 3PM. I decided against running (or really doing anything) if I couldn't at least be hydrated.
Wednesday: Yoga! I was super happy during class and so sore in the following days. I hope that means that I am making progress.
Thursday: 3 mile run at a 9:11 pace. I was exhausted after, but it felt really good. Well, until the soreness set in over the next couple days.
Saturday: Another 3 mile run at a 9:45 pace. I intentionally tried to slow down and take it a little easier this round. I am not sure I really did, but I tried. I could tell I was exhausted at the end of it though.
Sunday. Rest. Sort of. It involved a lot of walking on the beach and hanging out with these cuties.
